All repairs must be performed by an ASE Certified Mechanic

In the event of a claim, take your vehicle to any ASE certified mechanic. We will work with that mechanic to help you get back on the road.

Claims Procedures

In the event of a breakdown, please take your vehicle to an ASE certified mechanic and provide them with the following:

  • Complete service history with all receipts as outlined in your AutoLifeRx Warranty paperwork.

  • Copy of your AutoLifeRx Warranty paperwork.

Inform the repair facility that they must obtain prior authorization by calling the appropriate number below before any teardown or repairs are made.

  • Provide your complete service history starting from when you purchased your warranty, and a copy of your warranty.

  • Step 3
  • Have your mechanic call us prior to any tear down
