When will I receive my AutoLifeRx Product and what do I do with it?


If you have not received your additive within 90 days from the sale date, please contact us immediately at (877) 925-5522. Once you receive your product, please follow the instructions detailed in the box for installation and also return the enclosed registration form to complete the process.



How often do I need to have my oil changed?


It is imperative that you have your vehicle professionally serviced as per your specific warranty. Please refer to the maintenance section of your warranty for an explanation of the necessary requirements.


Can I personally change the oil in my vehicle and still be covered?


No. It is imperative that your vehicle's motor oil be changed at a commercial facility to ensure that it is done properly. This prevents issues with unverifiable receipts. Handwritten receipts will not be accepted.


Who pays the shop for the repairs on my vehicle?


All approved claims are paid directly to the repair facility. Remember that all repairs need to receive approval from our claims department prior to any tear down or repairs.


What does the warranty cover?


ENGINE and WATER PUMP - All internally lubricated parts of engine, including pistons, piston rings, piston pins, crankshaft and main bearings, connecting rods and rod bearings, camshaft and camshaft bearings, timing chain and timing gears, intake and exhaust valves, valve springs, oil pump, push rods, rocker arms, hydraulic lifters, rocker arm shafts and water pump. The Engine Block and Cylinder Heads are not covered unless damaged by an above listed internally lubricated covered part. TRANSMISSION Internally lubricated parts of manual or automatic transmissions, including , oil pump, drums, planetaries, sun gear and shell, shaft(s), bearings, shift rail, forks, and synchronizers. The Transmission / Transaxle cases and the torque converters are not covered unless damaged by an above listed internally covered part. TRANSFER CASE - Repair or replacement of internally lubricated parts. The transfer case housing is not covered unless damaged by an above listed internally covered part.

Will AutoLifeRx cover the cost of my rental vehicle?

Can I transfer my warranty to another party?


Yes; however, transfer eligibility is decided on a case by case basis. After our administrative office has reviewed your maintenance records and other pertinent information, we will determine if your warranty is eligible for a transfer.
